We value your time and expertise. That is why we offer a guaranteed daily minimum of $15.00 per hour (Total of Base Pay + Tips). If your tips don't bring you to $15/hr on a slow day, we cover the difference—ensuring you always have a steady, reliable paycheck.
What We Are Looking For

Experience: Minimum of 1+ year in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant.

Availability: Full-time availability for Lunch and Night shifts.

Excellence: A commitment to the "Kyuramen Way"—precision, hospitality, and a "pack-your-suitcase" readiness for every shift.

Communication: Ability to warmly welcome guests with our signature "Irasshaimase!" and guide them through our menu.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide impeccable service in our unique Honeycomb seating area.
- Master our menu (broths, toppings, and pairings) to provide expert recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized station (proactive ginger/garlic replenishment).
- Handle POS transactions and takeout packaging with 100% accuracy.
- Work collaboratively with our leadership team, including our Shift Leads and Management.
